Bio-mode diagnostics & real-vs-control validation

Builds the LIF brain on the real connectome and on matched controls (shuffled neurotransmitter sign, degree-preserving rewire, random graph), runs a short random-stimulus probe, and reports the firing-rate regime, E/I balance, participation ratio (effective dimensionality), silent fraction, and afferent latency. This is the test that lets us say whether the specific wiring matters — or refuse to.
